Earlysville Farmers Market- tomorrow!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year for central Virginia locavores: farmers market season! Tomorrow, Thursday, April 29th, the Earlysville Farmers Market’s kicks off its 2010 run, and Well Hung Vineyard will be there! Be sure to come by tomorrow, because while the Market happens every Thursday, our attendance is less regular.

The Earlysville Farmers Market is located at the Earlysville Green on Earlysville Rd in Earlysville, Va, and is open from 4 – 7 p.m. … Earlysville! Stop by tomorrow for Well Hung wine, and come back every other Thursday until October for more fresh, local produce, baked goods, flowers, artisan wares, and so much more.

Farmville Wine Festival – Saturday!

This Saturday, April 17th, the folks at Well Hung Vineyard will be down in Farmville at the Farmville Wine Festival, and we’d sure love to see you there! We will be joined by 7 other local vineyards in what promises to be a great event!

From around 11 – 5, you can find us at Riverfront Park (located here-ish). Tickets are $15. So that’s, what, less than $2 per vineyard you sample? What a steal! There will also be a DJ, and a variety of artists, photographers and jewelers, to keep the whole family entertained (did I mention that the kiddos under 21 get in for free?)

More information can be found at http://www.farmvillewinefestival.com.

Cheers!

Two New Vendors! (Hear ye Williamsburg!)

Hello Well Hungians,

We are pleased to announce the addition of 2 new locations to our fine list (and map!) of vendors.

First, we take our place among history; we can now be found in colonial Williamsburg on the wine list at the Williamsburg Lodge (located here!). Be sure to stop in for dinner!

Also, we are proud to announce that you can now find us in the esteemed Virginia Shop in the Barracks Road Shopping Center in Charlottesville.

Two classy establishments for a classy wine! Cheers!
